Please Note:
We do not recommend using a hammer or blunt object to drive the bearings out of your hub. We also do not recommend using a hammer and socket or other means to tap your bearings into your hub. Both of these methods will void your warranty

Special notes:
Failure to use included long bolts on our superlite isis bottom bracket will immediately void the warranty. The BB is designed to be used with the included bolts. Bolts should be routinely checked for proper torque.
Our Superlight cassettes are race-day items and therefore have no guarantee as to how many miles they will last. We recommend that they not be used for training! If you have a warranty claim, please contact KCNC directly @ http://www.kcnc.com.tw/Web/NewWeb/warranty.htm
Never use grease on our carbon seatposts! This voids warranty.
Proper installation of our Bottom Brackets includes facing your frame's bottom bracket shell. The bb shell needs to be parallel.
Any part that has been modified in any way will not be covered under warranty.
Our carbon handlebars are not designed to be used with aerobars.
What to do if you have a claim:
Please email us at warranty@vcrcbike.com for a RA number. When you send a part back for warranty inspection we will determine what is causing your issue and what is needed to fix it. To speed the process, please provide us with some information as to who installed the product, how it was installed and how often maintenance was done (if a wear item).
The following must be included in any warranty return:
1. The damaged part.
2. The sales receipt showing the purchase date & price.
4. **IMPORTANT** You must have a RA # to process the claim. Packages received without a RA # clearly marked will be returned.
5. If sending back bearings, make sure to fully wipe away all grease. Items received dirty will be charged a $20 cleaning fee.
6. The part must be sent back to us insured. We are not responsible for lost packages sent uninsured!
Failure to comply with the above can delay and/or negate your warranty claim.
*When we receive an item for warranty we may request proof that installation was done by a qualified mechanic.
