How do I return an item?
Easy 30 day return policy
We know that sometimes you change your mind and decide you don't want a product. That's why we made it easy to return an item. We do have a few rules though.
We must receive items within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be sent pre-paid by the customer. Item must be in new, unused condition. In the event we receive an item that has been used or installed, we will issue a store credit. Clearance items purchased from our website can only be returned for store credit, we do not issue refunds for clearance items.
All returns are charged a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items shipped for free will receive a refund/store credit less shipping costs. Your receipt must accompany all returns. Items returned without a receipt will be issued store credit for the lowest sale price in the last 30 days minus the 10% restocking fee. Return policy applies only to items purchased from this website.
Items purchased from one of our dealers or our clearance store on eBay are subject to their policies.
We will issue store credit for items received more than 30 days after purchase.
Original shipping costs are refundable and the restocking fee waived only if we shipped an item in error. Exchanges
We do not store credit card info so we cannot process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please purchase the new item that you'd like and then send the original item back like a normal return. Be sure to email us the order # of the new purchase and we will waive the restocking fee on the returned item once we receive it. What to do if you have a return: Please ship the items back to us via a trackable and insured shipping method using the original shipping carton or one of similar construction (do not send bearings back in an envelope) to the address below. We are not responsible for lost packages or items damaged in return shipment that was sent uninsured. No RA # is needed.
