Our 2012 Team bar uses a lightweight 7050 alloy, it has an almost flat transition from bars to hoods and a flat wide top. It uses a shallow round bend so you can more comfortably power away when riding in the drops. Finally we used a shorter reach to bring the hoods closer to you. This bar weighs slightly more than other bars but is also stiffer. This would make a really nice crit bar where you need every last little bit of power put to the road or a great bar for cyclocross since it is so strong.
