VCRC Ceramic Bearings in your BB save you watts where it is needed most...in your legs! Less resistance in your BB means a higher cadence which equals more power...more speed! Upgrade your Stock steel bearings to VCRC Ceramic!

This kit is for the new BB90 press in bearing system and Shimano 10 speed cranks. The BB90 system is found on 2008 and newer high end Trek Madone and Gary Fisher bikes.

This kit is only for frames that use press in BB90 bearings (no cups) and Shimano 10 cranks:
Dura Ace 10: 7900/7800, Ultegra 10: 6700/6600, Ultegra SL,, 105 10: 5700/5600
You will receive 2 bearings and two plastic dustcaps to replace the Trek provided bearings and seals. Just pop our bearings in and ride!

Had the stock enduro bearings on there and switched to these. Maybe Trek should sell these instead of enduro. Are you listening Trek??
